Add a spec file to create RPM packages of cool-old-term.
Verified to work with both Fedora 20 and openSUSE Factory. Support for other RPM-based distros (Mageia comes to mind) is as easy as adding additional (Build)Requires conditions.

Wow, this looks awesome.
The more distros get support for cool-old-term the better, methinks!

Thank you very much. That's good for popularity! But could you please put it into a folder called distro-specific (if you have a better name is fine :D ) to avoid distro files in the root directory please?

Better?
Distro sounds a bit Linux-specific but similar packaging files for Windows are probably welcome as well, I guess :D.

Approved. Packaging is better. You know, I'm just a Linux geek who wants to use words like "distro" everywhere ( that's why I renamed your commit message :D ).

Thank you for your contribution!
