Included a shell script that uses APT to install all dependencies and
'qmake && make' to build.

Thank you for your help, but I'm sorry I can't take this upstream. I want to avoid the proliferation of those build scripts (in no time I would get scripts for every distribution). Moreover I believe that soon the code will be packaged for Ubuntu and this problem won't exist anymore. I'm sorry.
