What you say is generally true, but a piece of software like a terminal is tied to the underlying OS, so a port is not always trivial. As @KAMiKAZOW was writing there is already a branch for OSX but still nothing for windows. Those are two separate issues that have already been opened so I'm marking this as a duplicate. #40 #47
