No "Settings" menu option, can't change theme #837

I just downloaded the dmg from the releases page to run this on mac OS, but I find I can't access the settings to change the theme. This is all I get when I right click the screen:

Is there supposed to be a settings option here in the right click menu? Is there a different way I can change the theme?

Ok, I'm just dumb:

I guess on mac you don't right click the screen, but instead you can go to the top toolbar menu (not inside the terminal's window) and go to preferences there. Maybe this is obvious to others? but it might be helpful if someone added more info to the readme or elsewhere.
