On MacOS 10.15.4 (19E287), this is how the Settings screen looks like:

This may be related to the fact that I have the dark mode enabled in the system settings?

I'm also on macOS 10.15.4 (19E287) using dark mode. Other than the misaligned tabs, the colors are rendering as expected.
