Is there a way similar to how I can edit .Xresources to:
xterm*background: rgb:38/38/38
for xterm. (I'm not looking for a method that affect the background color element of every character which the Background under the Terminal tab in setting does. I'm just trying to change the default background color for the terminal (which is also used by certain programs like WeeChat for me).
