I've never used openSUSE so I've no idea who's right! :D ... Just let me know the correct version of the file so I can add it.

Cornelius is not wrong. openSUSE 13.1 just does not ship Qt5, that's why under that version an additional repo containing Qt5 has to be added. If the README stated that the first line is not needed for openSUSE versions newer than 13.1, everything is fine.
