The Cool Retro Term is displayed in a window with a menu bar that is almost completely transparent (making it very hard to read and just looking strange as long a all the other parts are 100% opaque).

I am using KDE 5.11 on Manjaro. No other app but Cool Retro Term is affected by this problem.

Good news: on Fedora 28, Gnome 3.28.1, it seems to work all of a sudden. The empty space in the menubar is still transparent, but the menus are visible so the terminal is actually usable now.

odd in my ubuntu 18.04 the menu is just fine! Did u have qt 5.2 or higher installed?!!
