cool-retro-term is a terminal emulator, and thus, doesn't provide applications.

There's plenty of ways to have SSH on Windows

If you're on Windows 10, there's the Linux Subsystem for Windows
Win32-OpenSSH
ssh on Cygwin
...and much more if you look around

When I'm on Mac or Linux I just use the built-in SSH command.
