Hello.

I think one effect is missing in cool-retro-term: glass reflexion.
Check these images for example:

spgop1837

ibm-monitor-fixed

You can notice the glass reflexion on the monitor. I think it could be a really nice effect to have in CRT.
How to add it? Simply let the user choose an image from a file or take a picture directly from the webcam.

Options:

This is a sweet idea. Moreover we could also use webcam to retrieve a "live" stream for the reflection.

The resource consumption is heavily related to the frequency we use to sample the images from the stream, so we can play with it to get the right tradeoff. I think this is something that should be disabled by default. Ah, and thank you for the Bounty.
